Qualification Overview
Students will be introduced to the contemporary challenges and issues of hospitality and linked to the management of tourism globally and domestically. Key ideas in the tourism sector will be discussed and students will also gain knowledge of how to improve the service of customers in different cultures. Chinese Culinary Arts qualifications are practically driven courses that improve the theoretical and practical applications of the Chinese cuisine. Students will be introduced to kitchen basics, Tianjin culture, different kinds of cooking and frying and more.
